The 2025 theme – Strength through Collaboration – celebrates the power of Indigenous businesses working together, and with allies, across Country, culture and continents. Collaboration is a cultural practice within Indigenous communities, fostering collective knowledge sharing, decision-making and innovation. The theme encourages building trust, reducing risk, and generating creative solutions through meaningful partnerships and shared goals.

Everyone is invited to show their support through use of the resources created to promote #IndigBizMonth. You’ll find logos, social tiles, conferencing backgrounds and an email signatures to engage with the movement and organise local community events that embody the theme and values of Indigenous Business Month.

Across the country and globally, Indigenous businesses are leading with innovation and long-term vision, often embracing post-growth approaches that value legacy over scale. These enterprises are creating change, not just within their own businesses, but across the broader business and economic landscape.
